Deepmala Datta has over two decades of experience in organizational development and consulting, currently serving as a Subsidiary Turnaround & Growth Consultant at Maier+Vidorno since July 2012. With a background in managing human resources and organizational strategies at notable companies such as MakeMyTrip.com and Bharti Airtel Limited, Deepmala has honed skills in systems redesign and motivation strategies. Previous roles include a consultancy position at Quadrangle Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. and managerial roles at Global Vantedge Pvt Ltd and Daksh eServices, where foundational HR principles were developed. Deepmala holds a PGCHRM in Human Resource from XLRI Jamshedpur and is currently pursuing a certificate in Organizational Development at TISS.
