Paballo Chauke serves as the Training Coordinator for MalariaGEN at the Wellcome Sanger Institute, where responsibilities include developing and delivering training courses in genomics surveillance. In addition to this role, Paballo Chauke is a Malaria Champion for the Zero Malaria Starts with Me campaign, advocating for ending malaria through collaborative efforts with global leaders and campaigns. Paballo Chauke also contributes as a columnist for Mail & Guardian, chairs the Education Working Group for H3Africa, and holds various positions at the School for International Training, including mentor and guest lecturer. Previous experience includes coordinating postgraduate programs at the UCT Institute of Infectious Disease and Molecular Medicine and serving as a Training and Outreach Coordinator for H3ABioNet.
