Alena Likhacheva has extensive experience in the fields of abuse management and technical support, currently serving as Abuse Team Lead at V Kontakte LLC since October 2021 and as Abuse Team Leader at Mail.Ru Group since September 2010. Prior roles include Lead Technical Support Manager and Technical Support Manager, where responsibilities involved deliverability, anti-spam measures, and relations with Email Service Providers (ESP). Alena's educational background includes a Specialist degree in HR management and a Specialist degree in Nanotechnology in electronics, specializing in Physics of solid state nanostructures, both obtained from the State University of Nizhni Novgorod named after N.I.
