Esther Kwong has worked in a variety of roles in the marketing and multimedia fields. In 2017, they began their career as a Multimedia Designer for Cook1Cook Company Limited. In 2018, they were a Creative Intern for RFI Asia (a Ruder Finn company). From 2019 to 2021, they held the role of Content Marketing Specialist for vanna.com, followed by Digital Marketing Officer for Comba Telecom. In 2022, they began working as a Marketing Manager for three different companies: Measurable AI, MailTime, and RewardMe.

Esther Kwong received their Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Communication from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2019. In addition, they participated in a Fall Semester Exchange Programme (Bachelor of Arts & Science) at Queen's University, where they studied Film Studies/ Art History. Esther has also obtained several certifications, including Blockchain Basics from LinkedIn in April 2022, Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google in July 2021, Advanced Google Analytics from Google in August 2021, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Fundamentals from LinkedIn in August 2021, and Digital Advertising from HubSpot Academy in August 2021.
