Allison Lucas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple healthcare organizations. Allison is currently working as the Director of Community Physician Practices at Maimonides Medical Center since 2022. Previously, they held various roles at Western Connecticut Medical Group, including Ambulatory informatics and digital analyst 3, Team Lead Clinical Informatics, Clinical Informatics Specialist, PCMH Program Assistant, and LPN. Prior to that, they worked as a Charge Nurse at Hearth Management from 2011 to 2020. Allison also has experience as a Patient Care Tech in the Emergency Department at St. Mary's hospital from 2007 to 2009 and as a Medical Assistant at Surgical Associates of New Haven, PC from 2005 to 2007.
