Jennifer Libengood Hornak

Jennifer Libengood Hornak is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare information technology and project management. Currently serving as Manager of HITRUST Assurance and IT Governance, Risk & Compliance at Main Line Health since November 2019, Jennifer has previously held roles at Main Line Health as Manager of Information Technology Clinical Applications and Project Manager in the Strategic Project Office. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Intraprise Health, Siemens Medical Solutions Health Services, and Universal Health Services, where Jennifer led significant projects focused on clinical information systems and implementation. Jennifer holds a Master Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University and degrees in Health Management Systems and Health Information Sciences from Duquesne University.
