Precious Graham

Precious Graham, MBA, PHR has a diverse work experience across various industries. Precious currently holds the position of Director of Ambulatory & Acute Care Operations at Main Line Health since January 2023. Prior to this, from October 2020 to October 2022, they worked as the Director of Doctor Operations at Visionworks of America.

In 2016-2017, they engaged in executive education at The Wharton School. Precious furthered their education at Liberty University, earning a Master of Divinity degree in Pastoral Studies/Counseling, starting in 2019. Currently, they are enrolled at Virginia University of Lynchburg, working towards a Doctor of Healthcare Administration which is expected to be completed by 2024. Additionally, Precious Graham has obtained professional certifications such as the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation from HRCI in March 2020, and they have also completed a Professional Coach program from the Accredited Coaching Training Programs.
