Trish Cappiello's work experience begins with their role as a Software Engineer at Vanguard in 2011. From there, they held various positions including Business Intelligence Developer, Full-stack Developer, and Chief of Staff - Institutional Systems. In 2018, Trish became an IT Manager & Service Owner - Mobility before moving on to become a Senior IT Manager in different divisions of Vanguard. Their most recent position, before joining Main Line Health in 2023, was as the System Director of IT Business Solutions at Vanguard.
Trish Cappiello has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Information Science/Studies, which they obtained from Penn State Great Valley from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Science and Technology at Penn State Abington from 2008 to 2011. Trish is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at La Salle University, with an expected completion date in 2022. Trish has also obtained several certifications, including Professional Agile Leadership - Evidence Based Management (PAL - EBM) and Professional Agile Leadership I (PAL I) from Scrum.org in 2022. Trish has certifications in various areas such as Scrum, ITIL Foundation Level, and Amazon Web Services.
