Simon Brett

Simon Brett is an experienced environmental specialist currently working at Main Roads Western Australia since July 2022. Previously, Simon held various roles at Water Corporation from September 2013 to November 2022, including Program Development Manager, Principal External Approvals Planner, and Senior Environmental Scientist, focusing on project approvals in regions such as the Pilbara, Wheatbelt, and South-West WA. Prior to this, Simon served as a Senior Environmental Scientist at 360 Environmental, advancing from Environmental Engineer and Project Manager, and gained early experience as a Swan Valley Wine Tour Host at both Captain Cook Cruises WA and Boat Torque Cruises. Simon holds a Bachelor of Science in Zoology/Animal Biology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering from The University of Western Australia.
