Michelle Davis

Michelle Davis has over 20 years of work experience with various companies. In their current role at Main Street America Insurance, they serve as the Sales Effectiveness Director. Prior to this, they worked at The Hartford for many years, holding roles such as Executive Learning & Performance Consultant, Agency Education Consultant, Sr Small Commercial Sales Rep, and Personal Lines Sales Rep. Before joining The Hartford, Michelle worked at AFCO as a Business Development Officer, where they successfully developed new territories and significantly increased premium revenue. Michelle also gained experience as a Sales Representative at IGUS Inc and as an Account Manager at Carr Supply / Regional plumbing. Michelle began their career as a Showroom Consultant at Ferguson Enterprises.

Michelle Davis attended Ball State University from 1992 to 1995. Michelle obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the university. Michelle pursued their degree in the College of Business at Ball State University.
