Brian McClain

Brian McClain, MBA, has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Brian is currently serving as the Market President at Main Street Health since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Regional Vice President of Operations at United Surgical Partners International, Inc from March 2021 to January 2022.

From 2018 to 2021, Brian worked at Surgical Care Affiliates where they held multiple roles including Director of Integration from January 2020 to March 2021 and CEO/Administrator from September 2018 to January 2020.

Before that, they were associated with Spectrum Health from 2014 to 2018. During their tenure, they served as the Director of Clinical and Ambulatory Service, Compliance Officer from December 2016 to July 2018, and as the Director of Clinical Diagnostics at Gerber Memorial Hospital from March 2014 to December 2016.

Brian also worked at Alaska Heart Institute as the Director of Clinical Operations from July 2013 to February 2014, and at David Grant Medical Center as the Section Chief of Diagnostic Imaging from August 2011 to September 2013.

Brian'searly career includes serving in various positions in the United States Air Force, where they held roles such as Director of Nuclear Medicine and Women's Imaging, Permit Radiation Safety Officer, Director of Nuclear Medicine, Assistant Director of Diagnostic Imaging, Assistant Director, Chief Technologist, and Lead Technologist.

Additionally, they served as the Permit Radiation Safety Officer at Elmendorf AFB, AK from July 2007 to August 2011, and as the Supervisor of Nuclear Medicine at Wilford Hall Medical Center from June 2004 to July 2007.

Brian McClain, MBA, has an extensive education history in various fields. Brian started their educational journey in 1995 at the Community College of the Air Force, where they pursued an Associate of Applied Science degree in Radiologic Technology. Brian completed this program in 2012.

In 2011, McClain furthered their academic pursuits by enrolling at the Community College of the Air Force again, this time earning an Associate of Science degree in Nuclear Medicine, which they finished in 2012.

In 2009, they briefly attended the Harvard School of Public Health, where they studied Radiation Safety and Health physics.

Afterward, McClain attended Trident University International from 2012 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management.

Finally, from 2015 to 2017, they attended the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business. During this period, McClain achieved their highest level of education by completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Strategic Leadership.
