Fache Benton Sprayberry

Benton Sprayberry, FACHE, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Benton is currently working as the Market President at Main Street Health starting from February 2023. Prior to this, Benton held several leadership roles at Steward Health Care. From June 2021 to February 2023, they served as the Vice President of Operations - South Region, overseeing the operations of 9 acute care facilities in Arkansas, Louisiana, and Texas. Before that, Benton was the Associate Vice President of Operations from January 2021 to June 2021, collaborating with executive leaders on various projects and growth strategies. Benton also worked as the Senior Director of Operations from November 2018 to December 2020, where they collaborated with executive leaders and facility leadership teams on growth strategies and initiatives. Benton's earlier experience includes working at Community Health Systems as an Assistant CEO, responsible for the operational oversight of acute care facilities in Alabama. Benton held this position at two different facilities, managing various departments and building strong relationships with physicians. Benton began their career as an Administrative Specialist in 2013. Benton Sprayberry, FACHE, holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, which they obtained from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biomedical Sciences, General at Auburn University from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Benton Sprayberry has earned certifications in various fields. Benton obtained a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training certification from The Yoga & Ayurveda Center in October 2020. Benton is also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), a title they earned from the American College of Healthcare Executives in September 2020.
