Mary Ann Jones

Mary Ann Jones is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as a Health Navigator at Main Street Health since September 2022, with a focus on assisting individuals in overcoming barriers to quality healthcare. Prior to this role, Mary Ann was the RN Diabetes Educator and Coordinator of the Diabetes Education Department at Peterson Regional Medical Center from January 2013 to August 2023, where significant initiatives included recertifying the program through the ADA Recognition Program and implementing much-needed group education classes. Earlier experience includes roles as a Diabetes Educator at Diabetes America from April 2008 to December 2012 and as a Pediatric Diabetes Educator at Texas Children's Hospital from January 2000 to March 2006. Mary Ann holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UTHSC School of Nursing and a Bachelor in Behavioral Biology from Beloit College.
