Christina Garlick has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Christina began their career at First Magnus as an Administrative Assistant from September 2006 to August 2007. Following that, they joined Union State Bank as a Real Estate Loan Processor from September 2007 to September 2009, where they were responsible for ensuring the preparation and recording of real estate documents.
In 2009, Christina transitioned to OneWest Bank, where they held various roles. As a Specialist III, they performed monthly quality control on vendors and managed departmental reimbursements. Christina later became a Specialist IV, responsible for leading the Hazard Insurance Team. Additionally, as a Relationship Manager, they built strong vendor relationships through on-site reviews and prepared vendor relationship plans.
Since 2012, Christina has been working at Main Street Renewal, where they have progressed through different positions. Christina started as a Vendor Relationship Analyst, ensuring effective collaboration with vendors. From there, they moved on to roles such as Team Lead, QC & Compliance, and QC & Compliance Supervisor, involving implementing field audit processes and distributing internal quality control reports. Christina eventually became the Director and then Vice President of Central Operations, demonstrating their growth within the company.
Throughout their career, Christina Garlick has gained extensive experience in quality control, vendor management, and operations, showcasing their ability to adapt and handle increasingly responsible roles.
