Aïda Belbachir

Aïda Belbachir has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and talent acquisition. Most recently, they are the Head of People at Women in web3 - WIW3. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition & HR Projects Specialist at MainBot. Aïda also gained experience as an EMEA Talent Acquisition Specialist at Mirakl and as an HR Generalist at Saint Laurent. Aïda has demonstrated their expertise and skills in managing people, talent acquisition, and HR projects throughout their career.

Aïda Belbachir completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Development at Al Akhawayn University from 2014 to 2018. Aïda then pursued a Master of Science degree in International Human Resources Management at IGS-RH from 2020 to 2022.
