Stephen Scates

Stephen Scates currently serves as a Blaster Trainee at Maine Drilling & Blasting, where responsibilities include assisting in the coordination of daily drilling and blasting activities while training in various blasting techniques. Prior to this role, Stephen held the position of Assistant Plant Manager at Pavestone Company, focusing on product quality improvement and equipment readiness. As a Recovering Service Member at the Wounded Warrior Regiment, Stephen transitioned from a distinguished career in the United States Marine Corps, where as a Combat Engineer, leadership and management were demonstrated for over 12,000 personnel and multiple operations across 12 countries. Stephen earned a Bachelor's degree from American Military University in 2018 after graduating from Northgate High School in 2004.
