President, Franklin Community Health Network at Maine Medical Center

Trampas Hutches is the current President of Franklin Community Health Network at Maine Medical Center. Trampas has also previously served as Chairman of Eastern Plains Healthcare Consortium and Chief Executive Officer of Melissa Memorial Hospital.

Throughout their time as CEO of Melissa Memorial Hospital, Trampas successfully managed a number of expansion projects while maintaining high standards of operation. Trampas was also instrumental in establishing an effective helicopter base for the hospital in coordination with Air Life. In addition, they successfully introduced a number of changes to hospital culture and community integration which led to a drastic reduction in turnover rate and an increase in employee satisfaction. Overall, they achieved an 82% satisfaction rate from providers.

Trampas Hutches has a master's degree in health/health care administration/management from Clarkson College. Trampas also has an AAS in radiologic technology/science - radiographer from Pueblo Community College and a BS in kinesiology and exercise science from the University of Northern Colorado.

Their manager is Andrew T. Mueller, Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Cindy Wade - President, LincolnHealth, Omar Hasan - Chief Quality Officer, and Mark Harris - Chief Planning Officer.
