David Ferreira

David Ferreira is a board member at Maine Pointe. David has previously worked as the Chief Administrative Officer/ Chief People Strategist at Abt Associates from April 2006 to February 2013 and as a partner/founder at Back Bay Consulting from January 1998 to December 2006. While at Abt Associates, they led a variety of initiatives including the redefinition of the company identity, the implementation of a new business model and structure, and the change-over of the senior team. As a result of these initiatives, gross revenue increased by 151%, profitability increased by 371%, and employee turnover decreased by 51%.
