Jason Rathbun

Jason Rathbun has extensive experience in the field of graphic design and editorial work. Currently serving as a Copy Editor and Page Designer at the Maine Trust for Local News since December 2018, Jason has also worked at Sun Journal - Sun Media Group since June 2009 in various capacities, including Graphic Imaging Coordinator and Page Designer, with responsibilities involving advertising and newspaper page design. Previous experience includes volunteering at the Maine Building Materials Exchange and serving as Production Manager at Current Publishing, where Jason managed a team responsible for producing multiple weekly newspapers. Jason began their career as a Page Designer at Sun Journal from 1997 to 2005. Jason holds a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Maine and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Maine at Augusta.
