Casey Maloney

Casey Maloney is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at MaineHealth, overseeing LincolnHealth and Mid Coast-Parkview Health organizations since September 2022. Prior to this role, Casey was the Director of Enterprise Learning and Development at Cintas, where responsibilities included managing learning solutions, organizational development, and talent acquisition efforts for over 400 management trainees annually. Casey has also held HR leadership positions at Axcess Financial, Western & Southern Financial Group, Time Warner Cable, and Cash America International, earning multiple awards for outstanding performance and leadership throughout a diverse career spanning nearly two decades. Educational qualifications include a BA in Sociology from Le Moyne College and HR certifications from both Miami University and The George Washington University School of Business.
