Leslie Gardner

Leslie Gardner is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HRIS and employee relations. Currently serving as Director of HRIS at MaineHealth since February 2017, Leslie previously held multiple roles at Maine Medical Center, including Senior Director of Employee Relations and Director of Human Resources for Maine Medical Partners. Earlier experience includes the position of Human Resources Business Partner at Mercy Health System of Maine from March 2006 to January 2011. Leslie holds a Master of Business Administration in Business and Human Resources from Thomas College and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from the University of Maine.
