Natisa Dill Dnp

Natisa Dill DNP, MBA, RN, CPHQ, CPPS, NE-BC serves as the Vice President of Quality and Safety at MaineHealth. With extensive experience in healthcare leadership, Natisa has held multiple key positions at Kaiser Permanente, including Market Risk and Patient Safety Leader, Interim Area Quality Leader, and Clinical Quality Director. Additionally, Natisa contributes to the academic field as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of San Francisco School of Nursing and Health Professions and serves on the boards of Dominican University of California and Holy Names University. Natisa holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Executive Leadership from the University of San Francisco and a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Holy Names University.
