Mike Ivancic

Mike became the group director of production for Masthead Maine in 2021.

Mike graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a degree in newspaper production management. He previously worked as the Vice President of operations and circulation at the Providence Journal, and held positions at the Gaston Gazette in North Carolina, Rand Whitney in Lowell, Massachusetts and Custom & Miller Box in Pawtucket, R.I., as well as a prior stint at the Press Herald from 2010 to 2015. He returned to the Press Herald in 2021.

He and his wife have been married for 32 years and have a son in the area. His hobbies are wide-ranging and include shooting civil war era guns in competition, astrophotography, miniature wargaming and restoring old computers to working condition.
