Cesar Ulloa

Cesar Ulloa has over 20 years of work experience, primarily in the field of system engineering and development. Cesar started their career in 2001 as an Applications Developer at Resorts Advantage, where they worked until 2004. In 2005, Cesar joined EMC as a Systems Engineer, but their tenure lasted only for seven months. Later that year, they joined IBM as a Systems Engineer and worked there for over 11 years until 2017. During their time at IBM, Cesar gained extensive experience in systems engineering. In 2017, they joined Mainline Information Systems as a System Engineer and later got promoted to the position of Senior System Engineer in May 2022. Cesar is currently employed at Mainline Information Systems.

Cesar Ulloa obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Florida International University, which they attended from 1997 to 2004. Cesar later pursued a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship at the University of South Florida from 2009 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Cesar has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in various fields. In 2016, they achieved the IT Specialist Profession Certification - Level 1 from IBM. In 2019, they obtained the IBM Certified Specialist - z14 Technical Sales V2 certification. More recently, in 2022, Cesar obtained the Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification from EC-Council and the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)². Cesar'smost recent certification, acquired in 2023, is the Data Security Sales Foundation certification from IBM.
