Farhan Hussain

Farhan Hussain has extensive work experience in the IT industry with a focus on cloud, DevSecOps, and automation strategies. Farhan is currently the VP of Strategy - Cloud, DevSecOps and Automation at Mainline Information Systems since January 2023. Prior to this, they founded and served as the General Manager of Axcelinno from January 2019 to January 2023. Farhan also held the position of General Manager, Levvel Software at Levvel.io from February 2017 to January 2023.

Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Farhan was the Founder & CEO of Open Source Architect from December 2010 to August 2016. Farhan gained experience as a Lead Cloud Architect at ACS, a Xerox Company from October 2011 to January 2012. Farhan also worked as a Senior Program Manager / Architect at Amentra, a Red Hat Company from October 2008 to September 2011.

Early in their career, Farhan worked as a Senior JBoss Consultant at Red Hat, Inc. from May 2008 to October 2008. Farhan also held the positions of Hosted Solution Manager at Ericsson from November 2007 to May 2008, JBoss Consultant at JBoss, a division of Red Hat from March 2007 to November 2007, and Solutions Architect at Ericsson from February 2005 to April 2007.

Farhan Hussain completed their high school education at Lamar High School in Arlington, Texas from 1996 to 1998 and obtained a High School Diploma. Later, they pursued their higher education at The University of Texas at Arlington, where they studied Computer Science and Engineering from 1998 to 2002, earning a degree in the same field.
