Jeanette de Sousa

Jeanette De Sousa has extensive experience in the human resources field. Jeanette is currently working as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Mainsail Lodging & Development. Prior to that, they held various roles at White Lodging Services, including Human Resources/Accounting Manager and Housekeeping Manager. Jeanette also worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Humana, where they provided customer care and administrative services to a large number of employees. Additionally, they worked as a Recruitment & Selection Coordinator at Minera Panama and as a Human Resources Generalist at Plan International. Throughout their career, Jeanette has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in recruitment, policy implementation, and employee management.

Jeanette De Sousa's education history begins in 1994 when they enrolled at Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Finance. Jeanette dedicated five years to their studies and completed their degree in 1999. After a brief gap, in 2001, De Sousa decided to further their education and enrolled at Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencias y Tecnologia. Jeanette pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, completing the program in 2002.

In 2016, De Sousa continued their educational journey by enrolling in Webster University. Over a span of two years, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Jeanette completed their studies and obtained their MA degree in 2018.

In addition to their formal education, De Sousa has also obtained additional certifications. In January 2021, they earned the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM. Furthermore, in June 2023, De Sousa obtained a certification in "Sunday Habits for a Better Work Week" from LinkedIn.
