Susan Marlow has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Susan has held leadership positions in various companies, including Mainsail Lodging & Development, where they currently serve as the Chief People Officer. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Welbilt Inc., where they focused on talent acquisition, talent management, and employee engagement. Susan also worked as a Senior Talent Consultant at livingHR, Inc., a culture-first consulting and search group. Susan has held executive roles in HR at GTE Financial, RGP, Bazaarvoice, and Accenture, where they worked as a Sr. Executive Recruiting Lead and Director of Recruiting, among other roles. Susan's expertise lies in strategic planning, talent acquisition, talent management, and change management.
Susan Marlow has a Master's of Business Administration degree with a major in Information Sciences from the University of Florida. Susan also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Marketing from Michigan State University. In addition to their degrees, Susan has obtained the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021. Susan also holds the SHRM - SCP, Senior Certified Professional certification from SHRM, which they obtained in December 2018.
