Tom Haines

Vice President Of Operations at Mainsail Lodging & Development

Tom Haines has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Tom started their career at Hyatt Hotels in 1984 as Director of Food & Beverage/Catering Director and held this position until 2004. From 2005 to 2013, they worked at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, first as Director of Food and Beverage and later as Executive Assistant Manager. In 2013, they joined Epicurean Hotel - Autograph Collection Hotels as General Manager. Tom then moved to Mainsail Lodging & Development in 2015, where they served as GM of Epicurean Hotel and Regional Director of Operations. Tom later became the Vice President of Operations, overseeing operations for all existing and future hotels within the company.

Tom Haines pursued their education from 1981 to 1983 at The Culinary Institute of America, where they obtained an Associate of Occupational Studies (AOS) degree in Culinary Arts and Related Services.
