Inbar Fridman

Inbar joined Mainsail in 2022. She works with Mainsail’s portfolio companies to support M&A, improve systems and processes for KPI reporting, and analyze opportunities for expansion

Prior to joining Mainsail, Inbar was Director of Finance at Volaris Group, a buy-and-hold acquirer of software businesses and a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc. At Volaris, she was responsible for the financial and M&A operations for the US entities in one of Volaris’s portfolios, building a finance team and providing financial services and strategic reviews to various portfolio business units. Prior to Volaris, Inbar was Controller at SintecMedia and Revenue Manager at Verint Systems and RedPrairie. Inbar started her career as an audit professional at PwC in Israel and in Atlanta.

Inbar has a business degree and a BB in Law for Accountants, as well as CPA licenses in Israel and the United States.
