Ron Willis

Ron Willis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and operations excellence. Currently serving as the Tactical Procurement Leader at Mainspring Energy since July 2023, Ron is leading a start-up supply chain team in Monterrey, Mexico, focusing on planning, scheduling, procurement, and inventory control using SAP. From October 2014 to December 2023, Ron was the Franchise Owner of Ace Handyman Services Clear Lake, overseeing all business operations at a prominent franchise. Previous roles include Director of Operations Excellence and Materials Manager at Honeywell Aerospace, where Ron led international teams in implementing data-driven supply chain metrics and improving operational performance. Early career experiences include roles at Danaher Motion and other organizations, focusing on materials management and continuous improvement. Ron holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Houston.
