David Citro

David Citro is an experienced civil engineering professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Civil Engineering at Mainstay Engineering Group since April 2011, David has also held the position of Civil Engineering Manager, functioning as both the Civil Department Manager and Lead Civil Engineer. Prior to this role, David worked as an Engineer at Cedarville Engineering Group, LLC, where responsibilities included assisting the municipal engineer and leading private-sector land development projects. David's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Project Manager at Horizon Engineering Associates, LLC, focusing on residential land development facilitation and project management, and as an Engineering Intern at ATCS, P.L.C., specializing in CAD drafting and storm sewer routing. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University, completed in 2003, and is a graduate of La Salle College High School.
