Kathrine Botten Lundgaard

Kathrine Botten Lundgaard is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management, analysis, and strategic oversight across various sectors. Currently serving as Group Head of FP&A at Mainstream Renewable Power since September 2025, Kathrine previously held the position of Finance Manager at Zalaris, where responsibilities included managing financial operations for the Northern Europe region and the Managed Services business line. Kathrine's previous roles include Treasury Manager at SG Finans AS and Fabi, where cash management and financial risk were key focuses, as well as Business Controller at Equinor, handling controls for both IT and HR organizations. Kathrine's educational background includes a Master in Business Analysis and Performance Management from the Norwegian School of Economics and an exchange program at National Chengchi University for an International MBA.
