Jorge C. Rivasplata

Jorge C. Rivasplata has served as a VP, Commercial Lender & Portfolio Manager at MainStreet Bank since November 2015. Prior to this, they worked at EagleBank from 2007 to 2015.

Jorge C. Rivasplata holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina, obtained between 1999 and 2005. Jorge C. later earned a Specialization in Total Quality and Productivity Management from the same institution in 2006. Additionally, they completed a Master's Degree in Finance at Southern New Hampshire University from 2013 to 2015. In 2019, they attended the Virginia Bankers School of Bank Management, and in 2022, they completed the Real Estate Investment Modeling Certificate Program at Cornell University.
