Trish Smith

Trish Smith currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief HR Officer at MainStreet Bank, a position held since September 2014. Previously, Trish held the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Virginia Heritage Bank from March 2013 to September 2014, where responsibilities included the administration and strategy development of the Human Resources function. Earlier experience includes serving as SVP and Director of Human Resources at Virginia Commerce Bank from January 2008 to March 2013, managing daily HR operations and payroll administration. Trish's career in human resources began at Virginia Commerce Bank in various roles, culminating in the position of VP of Human Resources from September 1998 to July 2005. Trish holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Capella University and has also attended the University of Virginia.
