Luke Mondia

Luke Mondia serves as the Community Director for Ridgecrest North at The University of Alabama since July 2023, focusing on enhancing resident connections and safety through training RAs and managing conduct cases. Experience includes roles as a server at Taco Mama since March 2023 and a summer internship at UAB Medicine in 2022, where clinical research on trauma transfers was conducted. Previously, Luke worked as an academic tutor at Applied Tutoring and held various positions in aquatics management and lifeguarding at Wheaton Park District. Luke earned a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from the Manderson Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Music in performance with a minor in biology from The University of Alabama.
