Katie Redmond

Katie Redmond has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Katie most recently held the position of VP of Product at MainStreet since September 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Google for five years, starting in 2015. During their time at Google, they took on various roles as a Product Manager, focusing on different areas such as commercial search experience & monetization, small business advertising solutions, and Android systems and performance. Before joining Google, Katie worked at eBay Inc as a Software Engineer on the Retail Innovation Team in 2014, where they specialized in creating technology for brick and mortar retail stores. Katie also worked at SurveyMonkey in 2013 as a Product Manager on the Benchmarking team, where they contributed to the development of products related to external benchmarking statistics on survey results. Additionally, Katie has research experience and authored a research paper on the gender gap in computer science for the CuriS program at Stanford University in 2012.

Katie Redmond holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Computer Science, with a concentration in Human Computer Interaction, from Stanford University. Katie also obtained a Master's Degree in Management Science and Engineering from the same institution. Additionally, they completed their high school education at Archbishop MacDonald High School in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
