Drew Krebuszewski

Drew Krebuszewski, PHR, holds extensive experience in human resources and management roles, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Mainstreethost since March 2013, where responsibilities include talent sourcing, retention, and overseeing new hire processes. Previously, Drew worked at The Bon Ton Stores Inc. from 2010 to 2013 as a Human Resources Manager, managing recruitment, employee compensation, and performance management, as well as in a Sales Manager position overseeing multiple departments. Earlier career highlights include a Sales Representative role at First Niagara Bank, where Drew contributed to employee training during an acquisition, and starting as a Sales Associate at The Bon-Ton Stores, developing strong retail and customer service skills. Drew earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University at Buffalo.
