Paul Smelser

Paul Smelser has a diverse work experience in the software development and management field. Paul is currently working as a Senior Software Development Manager at MaintainX since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at AppDirect from 2016 to 2023, holding various positions including Senior Software Development Manager - Identity and Access Management, Software Development Manager, and Staff Software Developer. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at eSignLive as a Technical Lead and Software Developer. Before that, they worked at WhatsNexx from 2012 to 2015 in roles such as Software Architect / Team Lead – Back-End and Programmer Analyst – Back-End. Paul's earlier work experience includes a role as a Programmer Analyst at undoLogic from 2009 to 2012 and as an Inventory Manager and Inbound Manager at Reebok/CCM from 2006 to 2007.
