Orrin Akers

Orrin Akers has extensive experience in maintenance and leadership within the energy sector. Currently serving as a Maintenance Specialist at Maintenance Systems Solutions Pty Ltd since October 2022, Orrin supports the AGLM outage team. Prior to this role, Orrin worked at AGL Energy from January 2009 to October 2022, progressing from a Boilermaker apprentice to a Maintenance Team Leader and Team Lead, where responsibilities included promoting diversity and inclusion as Accessibility Lead. Earlier experience includes a Boilermaker apprenticeship at Valley Longwall Engineering in 2008.
