Aaron Michael

Aaron Michael holds multiple degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Management from Saint Martin's University. Currently serving as an Advanced Maintenance Planning Specialist at Marathon Petroleum Corporation since October 2025, prior experience includes roles as Lead Maintenance Planner and Project Manager at Par Pacific Holdings, Inc., and Director of Logistics at Morgan Transfer. Aaron also has a notable background as a Site Project Manager at Baker Hughes and GE, focusing on industrial plant-critical machinery. Additionally, as an Adjunct Professor, Aaron developed and taught advanced mechanical engineering courses. Through various positions, Aaron has demonstrated expertise in project management, logistics, and engineering processes.
