Akhilash O has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. In 2015, they began their career as an intern at Manickya engineering services. AKHILASH then moved on to Sphoorthy Engineering College, where they worked as an Assistant Professor from 2016 to 2018. Akhilash then joined AMINBHAVI AND HEGDE CONSULTING ENGINEERS PRIVATE LIMITED as a Design Engineer from 2018 to 2021. Following this, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Tata Consulting Engineers Limited from 2021 to 2022. In 2022, they joined Creative Synergies Group as a Civil Structural Engineer and worked until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Engineer at MAIRE, starting in April 2023.
