Josefina Herrera M.

Josefina Herrera M. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and management. Currently serving as Special Advisor to the CHRO and Head of Compensation & Benefits at FREYR Battery since August 2021, Josefina has previously excelled as an HR & Finance Officer at the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative from February 2017 to October 2019, demonstrating a strong capability in recruitment, financial reporting, and HR coordination. As the founder of FOTOBUK, Josefina successfully led the design and printing of personalized photo books, completing over 100 projects. Additional experience includes roles at Ediciones Serres S.L. and Ayerbe Abogados, where Josefina focused on operational analysis and legal matters respectively. Academic qualifications include an MBA in HR and a Certificate in European Human Resource Management from Esade, as well as a Doctor of Law degree from Universidad de Los Andes.
