Oscar Zhang

Oscar Zhang has extensive experience in retail training and development. Oscar is currently serving as the Retail Training Head Asia Pacific at Maison Margiela since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Gucci from 2019 to 2021, holding positions such as Retail Training Manager and Retail Assistant Training Manager. Before joining Gucci, they were the Retail Training & Development Manager at Coach from 2018 to 2019. Oscar also worked at Lane Crawford as the Retail L&D Coaching Manager from 2013 to 2018, where they were responsible for developing and conducting training programs to improve business performance. Oscar's early career includes a role as HR-Sr. Assistant Learning Manager at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts from 2010 to 2013.

Oscar ZHANG attended Sheffield Hallam University from 2009 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in International HR Management. Prior to that, they studied at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics from 2004 to 2008, earning a bachelor's degree in International Economics. Currently, they are enrolled at the University of International Business and Economics as a Researcher, specializing in Product Management.
