Clara Breton

Clara Breton is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and team management. Currently serving as Adjointe au responsable d'exploitation at Maison Options since November 2019, Clara oversees a team of 12, manages a 2000m2 warehouse, coordinates transportation schedules, and handles stock management while working on long-term projects such as warehouse relocation. Prior to this role, Clara worked at AB Restauration from 2010 to 2017, where responsibilities included managing a team of 50 to 60, controlling quality in food production, and enhancing operational performance through event project management. Clara also gained event logistics experience at Hurricane Group in 2015. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor in Sport Business from AMOS, a Diploma in Sport and Recreation Management from ACSF, and a Licence 2 in Economic and Management from Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne.
