Yanis Bailly

Yanis Bailly has extensive experience in sales management and operations within the real estate and service sectors. Currently serving as the Responsable des ventes secteur IDF at Maisons Pierre since May 2018, Yanis is a member of the executive committee responsible for managing commercial teams, training agency managers, analyzing performance, and overseeing dispute resolution. Prior roles included managing project teams and client portfolios, fostering partnerships, and directing commercial strategies. Earlier experience at Provalliance as a Manager involved overseeing teams and managing operational aspects of salons, including stock management and training. Yanis holds a BTS in Management Commercial Operationnel and an IOBSP degree focused on banking operations and financial services.
