Diego Mileski

Diego Mileski has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity. Diego is currently serving as the CISO - Director of Cyber, Fraud Prevention & Data Privacy at MaisTODOS since 2023. In their role, they lead the teams responsible for information security, fraud prevention, and data privacy within the organization. Prior to this, they held various roles at Banco BV, including Director of Fraud Prevention & Security Services at Bankly from 2022 to 2023 and BISO - Fraud Prevention & Information Security Manager from 2021 to 2022. Diego also worked at Mercado Bitcoin as the Sr Manager of IT Risk & Information Security in 2021. Before that, they were employed at TIVIT as the Sr Manager of Security Engineer & Threat Intelligence from 2019 to 2021, where they had responsibilities in architecture, engineering, threat intelligence, and budget management for technology and information security products. Diego also worked at Itaú Unibanco as the Information Security Coordinator from 2017 to 2019, where they led the SecDevOps program and managed the technology security budget. Diego gained their experience in information security at B3, where they worked as an Information Security Supervisor from 2010 to 2017. Prior to that, they served as an Account Security Officer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from 2008 to 2010, and as an Information Security Specialist and Analyst at Electronic Data Systems from 2000 to 2008.

Diego Mileski obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems and Services from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo in 2005. In 2009, they completed their MBIS in Information Security from Universidade Paulista. In 2014, they earned an Executive MBA in IT Strategic Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Diego then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic People Management from USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2020 to 2022. In 2022, they specialized in Cybersecurity Leadership for Executives at FIA Business School. Additionally, Diego has certifications in Leadership Development from FIA Business School and Fraud Prevention and Anti-Money Laundering from FEBRABAN. Diego is also a certified Scrum Master and CCNA certified by Cisco. Diego holds a certification as a Cisco Ironport Certified Security Professional, but the year of obtaining it is not provided.
