Sunil Rathi

Sunil Rathi has over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting. Currently serving as AGM (F&A) at Maithan Alloys Limited since November 2010, Sunil specializes in the finalization and consolidation of accounts in accordance with IND AS, various financial reporting, liaising with external credit ratings, income tax matters, and management information systems. Prior to this role, Sunil held the position of Senior Manager at The Institute of Computer Accountants from April 2008 to October 2010, overseeing accounting activities for centers across India and contributing to ERP implementation. Sunil began a career in finance at Pantaloon Retail India Ltd as Dy. Manager Commercial, focusing on commercial activities for Food Bazaar between January 2006 and April 2008. Sunil holds a B. Com H in Commerce from S. A. Jaipuria College and is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI.
