Richard Khaldi

Richard Khaldi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Richard currently holds the position of Chambers Director at Maitland Chambers starting from February 2020, where they oversee the daily operations of the barristers' chambers. Prior to this, they worked as a Director in the Energy & Utilities department at PA Consulting Group from June 2017 to February 2020. Before that, Richard served as a Senior Director and executive member of the Ofwat Board from January 2014 to May 2017. During their time at Ofwat, they focused on competition, markets, customers, and enforcement, particularly leading efforts to enhance affordability and support vulnerable customers in the water sector.

Richard Khaldi earned a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Cambridge in 1997. Richard then pursued their legal education further by completing the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the College of Law, York in 1998. In 2009, they obtained an MBA degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
