Abhinayak Swar

Abhinayak Swar is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and operations management. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Maitri Services since October 2023, Abhinayak previously held the role of Director of Engineering and Country Lead at iBriz.ai from November 2020 to September 2023. Prior experience includes positions at LogPoint from December 2016 to October 2020, where Abhinayak progressed from Engineering Manager to Senior Software Engineer. Abhinayak also worked at Deerwalk Inc from February 2012 to December 2016, starting as an Internship/Trainee and advancing to Associate Engineering Manager. Abhinayak holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Programming from Kantipur City College (2014-2018) and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University (2010-2013).
