Brandi Clarke

Brandi Clarke has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on strategy, policies, and guidelines. Brandi began their career as a Program Manager at Big Brothers & Big Sisters of Topeka in 2004. Brandi then worked as a Human Resources Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City from 2006 to 2009. After that, they served as a Grant and Special Projects Coordinator at Sedgwick County from 2009 to 2010. Brandi then became an Administrative Manager - Human Resources at Sedgwick County Division of Health & Human Services from 2010 to 2015. Following that, they worked as a Human Resources Director at Medova Healthcare Financial Group from 2015 to 2021. Currently, they are employed as the Human Resources Director at Maize USD 266 since 2022.

Brandi Clarke earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Wichita State University from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Public Administration, specializing in Non-Profit Management, from Washburn University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their degree qualifications, Brandi Clarke also holds certifications, including a SHRM-CP obtained in December 2015 from SHRM and a Professional in Human Resources obtained in November 2012 from HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
